AWARD-WINNING INJECTION MOLDING EXPERTS.

Explore our industry-leading quality and production services.

We believe processes can cause significant transformations in companies and institutions. Issues such as cost reduction, time savings and customer experience become sources of these transformations, leading to a raise in the value of the business and its customers, focusing on increased efficiency and more profitable operations.

Injection Molding Capabilities

DEP has over 30 presses, ranging in size from 80 to 1000 tons and feature state of the art technology to enhance quality and productivity for our clients. Our diverse injection molding capabilities allow us to create superior products for multiple applications and industries.

Our ability to think outside the box has proven beneficial to customers by reducing part complexity, improving durability and reducing customer assembly labor. We are on the leading edge of technology to give better value to our customers.

Our additional injection molding capabilities: Engineered Plastics, Three-Shot Molding, Class A Molding, Gas Assist Molding – (Short Shot) & (Over Spill), Fully Automatic Assembly, Manual Assembly, and Semi-Auto Assembly.

Insert Injection Molding

Insert molding uses a preformed part, like metal, that is loaded into a mold where it is then overmolded with plastic to create a final component.

Tight-Tolerances Injection Molding

Where precision is key, DEP succeeds. Tight tolerance parts require experts in design, processes, material selection, tooling and more. DEP’s team of engineers are experts at creating solutions for clients across the world.

Two-Shot Injection Molding

Multiple material, also known as two-shot (or multi-shot) a process that allows two (or more) materials to be shot into the same mold during the same molding cycle. Our manufacturing experience with multi-shot molding allows reduced cycle times, superior part quality and reduced labor costs.

Over-Molding

Overmolding is a process where a single part is created using two or more different materials together. The first material is partially or fully covered by subsequent materials (overmold materials) during the manufacturing process.
